About Roselily

Roselily began as a pop up in the fall of 2020, a small dining room on Lafayette Boulevard, carryout containers stacked alongside plated tasting menus, and a name borrowed from Eamonn McParland's twin daughters, Mariana Rose and Liliana Grace. That combination of circumstance and devotion still defines the restaurant today.

Located on South Main Street in South Bend, Indiana, Roselily is a New American restaurant built around seasonal ingredients, an open kitchen, and the kind of hospitality that makes guests feel like the evening was designed specifically for them. The menu changes with what's growing, what's ready, and what's worth celebrating, sourced from the farmers, growers, and foragers of the broader Midwest, with close ties to the farms and producers of Michigan just across the state line.

The space is eclectic and warm, unpretentious but considered. The wine program leads the beverage experience, with a list chosen to move alongside the menu rather than simply accompany it.

Roselily offers both à la carte dining and a chef's tasting menu, the format that best captures what this kitchen is reaching for: a progression of dishes that builds, surprises, and leaves you with something to talk about on the drive home.

South Bend is a city finding its footing as a culinary destination. Roselily intends to be part of the reason why.
