About Roselily
Named for Chef and Owner Eamonn McParland’s twin daughters, Mariana Rose and Liliana Grace, Roselily is a modern New American restaurant rooted in the heart of South Bend, Indiana. What began as a modest pop-up during the fall of 2020—at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic—has evolved into one of the city’s most beloved and resilient culinary destinations.
Roselily was born out of necessity, but thrives on intention. From the beginning, our mission has been to create a dining experience that honors craft, connection, and community. We are committed to showcasing the richness of the Midwest through seasonally driven menus, thoughtful sourcing, and a deep respect for the farmers and artisans who shape our region.
Our cuisine is guided by the seasons—each dish designed to highlight the nuance and integrity of its ingredients. We work closely with local growers, producers, and foragers to bring the best of Northern Indiana to the plate, balancing innovation with a reverence for tradition.
Inside the restaurant, the ambiance reflects our creative spirit: an artist-inspired, eclectic space that pairs warmth with sophistication. The atmosphere is welcoming yet intimate, elevated but unpretentious—a space that invites conversation, discovery, and return visits.
Our beverage program is built around a carefully curated wine list, thoughtfully selected to complement our ever-evolving menu. A focused cocktail offering and rotating selection of local and imported beets round out the experience, but it’s the wine that leads the way. Every detail, from plate to pour to the final farewell, is approached with hospitality at its core.
